What is Grow West’s Loyalty Program?
Grow West’s loyalty program is a point system powered by Alpine IQ that is designed for our customers. It’s accessible through our app, Grow West MD, or any web browser. As a member of our loyalty program, your dispensary purchases will earn you points that can be redeemed for discounts at our dispensary.

- 250 Points = $5 OFF
- 500 Points = $10 OFF
- 750 Points = $15 OFF
- 1000 Points = $20 OFF

- Unlock 1000 loyalty points when you refer a friend, and they make their first purchase.

Do I need the app to join?
No, you can access your account and wallet through your preferred web browser. However, our app provides access to many benefits, such as:
- Order History (not a valid form of receipt for returns)
- Points Wallet
- Refer-A-Friend Program
- Product Reviews
- Direct Shopping through Web Store (Apple App Store only)
- Dispensary Updates and Communications
- Dispensary Contact Information
Do I need to make an account?
If you’ve shopped with us before, you already have an account! A budtender can assist you with opting into our loyalty program during your next dispensary visit, or you can log into the app on your device and select “Opt-In” to our loyalty program. Please note that opting in will not retroactively apply points to your account, but a budtender can adjust your loyalty points in person at the dispensary.
What information do I need to provide?
We require a valid email address or phone number for every account. This information is stored only in the loyalty program and will not be shared elsewhere.
What will be sent to me when I provide my email address or phone number?
We communicate daily sales information and updates via text messages and push notifications. All other loyalty program communications, such as referral links or dispensary surveys, are sent via email and text. You have the option to unsubscribe from our communications at any time.
Why are my points not showing up on my account?
There are a few common reasons for missing points:
- You haven’t chosen to opt-in to loyalty points on our app.
- You previously opted out of loyalty points.
- You have created multiple accounts using the same email address or phone number.
Please ask your budtender for assistance during your next visit so we can restore your points accordingly.
I referred a friend. Where are my points?
Your referred friend must make their first purchase before you can receive your loyalty points. If they have made their purchase and you still need to receive your points, please ask a budtender for assistance during your next visit.
