Grow West is pleased to offer local students an educational internship opportunity at our medical cannabis grow facility in Cumberland, Maryland. Partnering institutions include WVU Potomac State College, Allegany College of Maryland, and Frostburg State University.

Our internships provide students with the chance to learn different aspects of medical cannabis operations and production. Grow West produces medical cannabis for qualified patients in Maryland and must adhere to strict regulations established by the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission. Interns learn firsthand the role state regulations play in daily operations, and why they are important.

Programs may include cultivation or other aspects of operations from seed to market. Students learn directly through interaction with Grow West team members to accomplish daily goals and responsibilities. This experience provides students with practical knowledge they can apply to their careers well beyond graduation.
